"Story was at the birth of my first child and her presence was one of the most positive and memorable aspects of my entire birth experience. I am prone to get anxious and (like many first-time moms) I had moments of feeling very overwhelmed… Story had such a calming presence and peaceful approach, and for me, that made all the difference. Story was able to find the perfect balance of being supportive and therapeutic while still being respectfully assertive and ‘push’ me when necessary… this was very helpful in my more stoic and stubborn moments. As a woman, I really appreciated that Story seemed to have a magical physical touch, knowing just how to physically engage with my body to keep me most comfortable. I am also a nurse, and Story’s medical competence was obvious and reassuring. Story Jones was the perfect addition to our birth experience and I cannot recommend her enough."
